城市为创意产业提供了最基本的投入。创意阶层与知识的集聚,杰出的大学研究及其商业联系,中坚企业、产业团体与媒介机构,多元、包容的文化与制度环境,城市艺术氛围、区域品牌、地点质量与支持性的社区等城市基础环境要素能够更好地促进城市创意产业的发展。
Cities provide the most basic inputs for creative industries. In order to promote the development of creative industries, the infrastructure of a city should include the following elements. the convergence of a creative class and knowledge; outstanding research of universities and their commercial links; pillar companies; industry association and medium organizations; multiple, tolerant culture and institutional environment; atmosphere for arts, regional brand, spot quality, and supportive community.
