摘要
目的根据我院的实际需要统一规范和应用护理操作程序。方法兼顾护患双方利益原则,坚持现代护理理念,选择性地应用现有护理操作常规,规范、增加现代元素,对85项护理操作自制统一的护理操作标准。2007～2009年,在我院24个临床科室进行运用,比较研究方法前后2年临床护理操作效果。结果病人对护理操作的总体满意度较前明显提高,P<0.01,差异有显著性意义;护理人员对护理操作的总体满意度较前明显提高,P<0.01,差异有显著性意义;护理缺陷数发生比较前明显降低,P<0.01,差异有显著性意义;急救技术操作速度较前明显提高,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义;结论统一护理操作程序,提高了病人的满意度,解决了护理人员在临床护理操作中的困难,提高了护理操作水平。
Objective To regulate the use of nursing procedures as a whole. Method Based on the principle of re- specting the interests of both sides in nurse-patient relationship, and sticking to the modern nursing concept, a uni- form nursing procedures by selectively applying and modernizing the current nursing procedures was established dur- ing the years from 2007 to 2009, this method has been applied to 24 clinical section offices and the effect of which section has been comparatively studied. Result The result showed that the satisfaction of patients as well as nurse re- garding the whole nursing procedures and the speed of first aid have been dramatically improved, with nursing de- fects greatly reduced. Conclusion The unification of nursing procedures shall not only please the patient, but solve the l^ractical problem in nursing procedures also, and thus improving the level of nursing practice.
