摘要
目的探讨阿片依赖的辨证论治。方法通过研究阿片的性味归经，依据中医脏象理论、气血阴阳理论、病因病机理论。结果阿片依赖归属中医学虚劳范畴，其病理关键为元气衰惫，脏腑亏损，病变主要部位在肾脏。结论辨证以气血阴阳为纲，治疗基本原则为补益。
Objective & Method To discuss how to analyse opiate dependence based on opiate′s characteristics, its channel tropism, Chinese traditional viscera state doctrine, Qi Xue Yin Yang theory and pathogenesis theory.Results Opiate dependence belongs to the category of consumptive disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the key etiological point is asthenia of primordial Qi, and weakness of Zang and Fu.The main pathological site is believed in kidney.Conclusion The fundamental class of differentiation of symptoms and signs is Qi Xue Yin Yang, and the basic therapeutic rule lies in the therpy of invigoration.
