环氧丙烯酸酯粉末涂料的合成及固化研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验以环氧树脂和丙烯酸为基本原料,合成可紫外光固化的粉末涂料。讨论了催化剂的种类、反应温度、反应时间等对合成反应的影响及光引发剂的种类、光照时间等对固化产物的影响。其合适的反应条件为:环氧树脂与丙烯酸的反应条件为甲苯为溶剂、四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,在110℃反应180 min。固化条件为:以TPO为引发剂,120 W/cm的紫外灯光照15 s。 The UV-curable acrylated epoxy prepolymer resin was prepared by reacting E-12/E-20 epoxy resin with acrylic acid, and curing the product with Ultra Violet. The effects of the types of catalysts, reaction temperature, reaction time, etc, on the synthetic products were studied. The effects of the kind of photoinitiator and illumination time on the curable product were also studied. The results showed that toluene as solvent, tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as catalyst, reaction temperature 110℃ and reaction time 180 min were the most suitable conditions for the synthesis of acrylated epoxy. With TPO as initiator and 15 s for light curing were the most suitable curable conditions.
