抗臭氧剂N,N'-二环己基硫脲的合成及表征 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF ANTI-OZONE AGENT N,N′-DICYCLOHEXYL THIOUREA

摘要 实验以环己胺水溶液和二硫化碳为原料.在无催化剂的条件下,探索了以环己胺水溶液和二硫化碳反应制备N,N′-二环己基硫脲的过程。实验表明,该实验反应条件温和、环保,并以正交实验得出最佳合成工艺条件为:环己胺水溶液浓度为10%,n(环己胺):n(二硫化碳)=2.1:1,缓慢滴加二硫化碳(约0.1 mL/min),在40℃恒温状态下反应5 h,收率可达到93.33%。 N,N'-Dicyclohexyl-thiourea was synthesized with cyclohexylamine in aqueous solution and carbon disulfide in and environmental the absence of catalysts. The results showed that the reaction conditions were mild friendly. The optimum experimental conditions were found through the orthogonally arranged experiments: solution concentration of cyclohexylamine 10%, n(cyclohexylamine): n (carbon disulfide)=2.1 : 1, adding carbon disulfide slowly (about 0.1 mL/min), reaction temperature 40℃ and reaction time 5 h. Under the optimum conditions, the yield was up to 93.33%. The product was characterized by the smelting point and IR.
