摘要
在无水碳酸钾存在下,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,由4-氯苯酚、氯乙酸甲酯和甲胺制备了N-甲基-2-(4-氯苯氧基)乙酰胺。较佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间3h,n[2-(4-氯苯氧基)乙酸甲酯]:n(甲胺)=1.0:1.2,收率达80%以上。产物经IR、MS、^1H NMR和元素进行了确定。
N-methyl-2-(4-chlorophenoxy)acetamide was synthesized by the reaction of methylamine and methyl 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)acetate which was prepared from 4-chlorophenol and methyl chloroacetate using N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) as organic solvent in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate. The effects of feed composition, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of N-methyl-2-(4-chlorophenoxy)acetamide were investigated. Under the optimized conditions: reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 3 h, and n [2-(4-chlorophenoxy) melthyl acetate] : n(methyl amine)=1.0 : 1.2, the yield of N-methyl-2-(4-chlorophenoxy) acetamide reached up to 80%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR.MS.^1H NMR and elemental analysis.
