摘要
以重庆经济技术开发区为例,采用改进层次分析法建立由三大子系统和15个指标组成的重庆经济技术开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系,结合德尔斐法和加权评价法及运用MATLAB软件,确定判断矩阵、评价指标的权重(即矩阵的最大特征值相对应的特征向量)、理想值(标准值),以此求出各子系统的目标分值、评价指标的总分值,并根据所求结果对重庆经济技术开发区土地集约利用程度进行分析与评价,得出相应的结论。为开发区扩区升级提供参考依据和借鉴价值。
With Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example, this papr adopts improved AHP to establish an evaluation index system of intensive land use which consists of three major subsystems and 15 indicators. Combined with Delphi method and the weighted combination of evaluation, applying MATLAB software, the paper determines comparison matrix, weights of evaluation index (the matrix corresponding to the eigenvector of the largest eigenvector)and ideal value (standard value) and obtains the target scores of the subsystem and the total score of evaluation index, Based on the results, the paper analyzes and evaluates the intensive use of land in Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone so as to draw corresponding conclusions.
