摘要
紧密结合黄河下游堤防工程的实际情况,建立了黄河下游堤防工程安全性综合评价的指标体系,根据建立的判断矩阵,应用基于加速遗传的层次分析法确定各个评价指标的权重;其次,根据专家评分法得到各项基础指标的评价值;最后,利用所得指标评价值和指标权重对黄河下游堤防工程的安全性进行综合评价,结果表明:该方法计算简捷、计算精度高。
