摘要
采用氯乙酸化学改性壳聚糖(CTS)的方法合成了完全水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC),并对产品进行了红外光谱定性及取代度测定。以甘油、透明质酸等常用保湿剂为参照物,在相对湿度为86%时考察了羧甲基壳聚糖的保湿、吸湿性能。将产品作为啫喱水添加剂,考察了卷曲保持率。结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖具有良好的吸湿、保湿性能,其性能与透明质酸相当,可以作为其替代品用于化妆品的生产。羧甲基壳聚糖添加到啫喱水中具有良好的定型护发作用。
Carboxymethyl-chitosan(CMC) with good solubility in water was produced by chemical modifying chitosan (CTS) using chloroaeetic acid. The structure of CMC was characterized by FT -IR and the substitution degree of the CMC was determined. The moisture absorption and moisture retention capacities of CMC were examined at the relative humidity of 86% and compared with some commonly used humectants such as glycol, hyaluronic acid. The curl retention was also examined using CMC as an additive in hair spary. The results showed that the carboxymethyl-chitosan had good moisture absorbency and moisture retention properties as well as hairstyle fixation and hair nourishing, and could be used in many kinds of cosmetics as a moisture retention agent to substitute for hyaluronic acid.
