摘要
介绍了循证医学提倡在临床实践中主动发现问题、寻找证据、评价和综合分析所得证据并正确应用证据以指导疾病的诊断、治疗和预后理念的基础上，指出在医疗模式逐渐由经验医学模式转化为循证医学模式的大背景之下，积极在神经外科继续教育领域中推广循证医学模式理念。促进神经外科的学科发展很有必要。
Evidence-based medicine encourages questioning, finding evidence, evaluating evidence and then using it in disease diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. It is time that the experienced- based medicine transformed into evidence-based medicine. Popularizing evidence-based medicine in neurosurgery continuing education will promote development of neurosurgery in our country.
