摘要
目的检测枇杷叶中的黄酮类化学成分。方法高效液相色谱与多级质谱联用法(HPLC-MSn)。结果初步鉴定了11个黄酮类、1个多酚类及1个单萜苷类物质,其中1个黄酮苷类成分为首次在枇杷叶中发现。结论HPLC-MSn可以迅速鉴定黄酮类化合物。
Objective To detect flavonoids in Loquat leaf （Eriobotryajaponica （Thunb.） Lindl.） Methods The extracts were analyzed by HPLC-MSn technique. Result 11 flavonoids, 1 polyphenol and 1 monoterpene glycoside were found, among which 1 flavonoid glycoside was found from this plant at first time Conclusion HPLC-MSn is able to identify rapidly flavonoid compounds.
