摘要
信息技术已成为社会经济发展的推动力。培养与社会需求相一致的计算机人才,成为了计算机教学与实践的首要战略目标。该文从宏观管理的理论出发,探讨了计算机教学与实践发展的战略规划与目标,分析了现阶段计算机教学与实践存在的问题、实施的方法和所取得的成果,在此基础上对战略实施进行了有益的反思,并提出了一些建议。
Information technology has become a social economic development impetus. Training computer tal ents consistent with social needs has become the primary strategic objectives. These questions are discussed including the computer specialized development strategy, the strategic characteristic through the strategic management theory, and those are also analyzed including the computer specialized strategic planning, the strategic measure, the strategic implementation at this stage. On the basis, a useful reflection is carried out and some suggestions to the strategic implementation are put forward.
