Investigation on Welding Residual Stress Field of P92 Steel Pipe

摘要 采用红外热成像仪测试了P92钢管道焊接温度场,并采用X射线衍射方法对P92管道焊接接头热处理前后的残余应力分布进行了测试。采用有限元方法对P92钢焊接温度场进行了计算和分析,并采用间接法用温度场结果计算残余应力场。分析比较了焊后热处理前后的焊接残余应力变化情况,证明焊后热处理对焊接残余应力具有一定的消除作用。 The welding temperature fields were measured using a thermal infrared imaging viewer, and the variation of the welding residual stress in the welded joint of P92 pipe before and after postweld heat treatment (PHT) were measured by the X- rays diffraction methods. The finite element methods (FEM) has been used to calculate and analyze the weld temperature field of P92 steel pipe, and the calculation results have been verified by comparing with the actual welding temperature fields. Subsequently, the FE analysis has been implemented to compute the welding residual stress using the indirect method. The variation of the welding residual stress was analyzed and compared before and after the PHT, and the result show that the PHT can effectively relieve part of residual stress.
