摘要
网络课程是网络教育活动开展的核心,通过网络课程的比较研究不仅能看到网络课程本身的差异,还能反映出网络教育模式、网络教育理念等宏观层面的差异。本文利用资料调查、实地参与、内容分析和计算机脚本分析等方法对中美两门教育类的网络课程进行了比较研究,通过对课程背景、课程学习者、课程平台、课程内容和课程活动、课程实施流程、课程中的交互等方面的对比,讨论了网络远程教育的发展模式、独立活动和交互作用、主讲教师和学生的分离、以活动为中心等四个方面的问题。
Online courses are the core of web-based education. Through comparative researches of online courses, we can distinguish among online courses in terms of their quality. Through such comparisons we can also percieve the differences in philosophy and operations of web-based education. Literature review, participant observation, content analysis are employed in this paper to explore the courses'background, leaners, platforms, content and activites, implementation processes, and social interactions. Based on the results of comparison the paper discusses development models, independent activities and interactions, separation between facilitating teachers and students, and the center role of learning activities.
