摘要
基于在近中性介质中氨三乙酸作活化剂、锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化阿尼林黄的新的指示反应体系,建立了一种新的催化光度法测定痕量锰的新方法,研究了缓冲溶液性质、酸度、不同种类的活化剂、各试剂的用量及加热温度、加热时间对测定的影响。对其标准工作曲线和共存离子干扰情况进行了分析和研究。选出了最佳试验条件:pH=6.6的磷酸二氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液3.00ml、氨三乙酸2.50ml、阿尼林黄0.30ml、高碘酸钾3.10ml,反应温度在65℃,加热时间12min;测定的线性范围为0.05~0.72μg/25ml;检出限为0.041ng/ml。并对30多种常见离子进行干扰试验,试验结果表明,30多种常见离子基本上不干扰测定。将该方法用于人发及自来水中锰的测定,测定结果的重现率高,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3.8%,回收率在97%~105%,可用于实际测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometry method was proposed for the detemining trace manganese.The mathod was based on the catalytic oxidation of Aniline yellow with Potassium Periodate in the presence of nitrilo triacetic acid as activator,in near neutral media.The best operating conditions for the experiment:pH=6.6 buffer solution which mixed potassium dihydrogen phosphate with sodium hydroxide is 3.00ml.Nitrilo triacetic acid is 2.50ml.Aniline yellow is 0.30ml.High potassium iodate is 3.10ml.The reaction temperature at 65 ℃.Heating time is 12 minutes.The linear range of the determination is 0.05~7.25μg/25ml.The detection of manganese is 0.041ng/ml.The proposed method suffers from few interferences in the presence of more than 30 foreign ions.The method has been used to determine trace manganese in hair and water samples.The results are satisfactory.
