摘要
目的通过测量铁矿职工前臂的骨密度,了解铁矿区劳动对职工峰值骨量和各年龄段的骨密度变化。方法使用DTX-200设备,测量1239例铁矿男、女职工的桡骨远端和兴趣区骨密度,记录并进行统计计算。结果铁矿区男、女职工的峰值骨量和各年龄段的骨密度均较正常人群高,这与重体力劳动有关,男、女性峰值骨量之间进行独立样本T检验,结果P<0.05,存在显著差异,男性数值高于女性数值。结论特殊工种会影响到骨密度和峰值骨量的变化,较正常人群骨密度数值高。
Objective To investigate the values of bone mineral density of people in Iron mine area. Methods To measure 1239 cases male or female people in iron mine area with DTX-200 machine, we got all the bone mineral density values of wrists of people. Then these data were collected and calculated. Results In iron mine area, the peak bone mass and bone mineral density values of people were higher than that of normal people. For themselves, the male value of peak bone mass was higher than that of female. It is of significant difference ( P 〈 0.05). Results Some special works would affect the peak bone mass and bone mineral density of people.
