介绍一套能够模拟煤矿井下实际工况,对支架整架及其元件性能进行试验的超高压测试试验系统。该系统采用了目前先进的传感器、仪表以及计算机辅助测试技术,操作方便,测试精度高,减少了人为因素对试验数据的影响,保证了支架及其元件的维修质量,从而提高了企业的经济效益。
Introduce an ultra-high pressure test system, which could simulate the coal mine actual working condition and test the performances of hydraulic supports and their components. This system uses the current advanced sensors, instrumentations and computer-aided testing technologies, has easy operability and high testing accuracy, reduces the anthropic influence for the test data, and ensures the qualities of support-and-component maintenance. Thereby, this increases the economic efficiencies of enterprises.
