摘要
该文重点阐述采煤机液压调高油缸在拆卸及密封装配过程中的工艺要求,提出了改进了油缸拆卸与装配的方法,对保证油缸的维修质量以及提高油缸的工作效率,减少液压故障有着重要的作用。
This paper elaborates the process requirements of hydraulic height-adjustment cylinder for Shearer in the demolition and sealing assembly, put forward the improvement method of disassembly and assembly of cylinder,which plays an important role in improving the working efficiency of the cylinder, ensuring maintenance quality and reducing the hydraulic fault cylinder.
