从满足烧结原料场生产工艺要求出发,设计了一套由施耐德公司Modicon TSX Quantum系列PLC控制器构成的烧结原料场Quantum控制系统。详细描述了烧结原料场Quantum控制系统的硬件构成、控制系统功能设计、软件编程及网络通信的设计特点。该控制系统可实现料位自动控制、配料自动控制、电气设备开关量控制等。通过现场调试与实际运行情况来看,该控制系统运行稳定可靠、维护量小、故障率低,达到了预期设计的效果。
