摘要
介绍了施工合同的形式及内容构成,通过对施工合同签订及履行中的风险进行分析,提出了相应的防范对策,以尽可能把合同风险降至最低,使施工企业的利益得到最大程度的保障。
The forming and content compositions of construction contract were introduced.Through the construction contract definition,the risk analysis in performing,the corresponding prevention countermeasures were proposed so as to make contract risk reduce the minimum,therefore made construction enterprise profit obtained the maximum protection.
