摘要
运用经济学、管理学、社会学等知识,采用文献资料、调查、统计分析等研究方法,以赛事运营主体不同,把我国体育赛事管理划分为政府主导型、商业组织型、生产企业型、混合型等四种运营模式。结果表明:(1)在赛事运营的类别形式上,城市政府多运营综合性体育赛事,并多采用合办、协办方式,商业性组织、生产企业运营单项体育赛事多采用单独承办方式;(2)在赛事运营的目标实现上,政府主导型赛事的运营主体优先考虑赛事的长远社会效益,兼顾赛事的当前经济效益;商业组织型赛事的运营主体优先考虑赛事的当前经济效益,兼顾赛事的长远社会效益;生产企业型赛事的运营主体优先考虑赛事的长远经济效益,兼顾赛事的当前社会效益;(3)在赛事运营的效益转化上,政府主导型赛事的运营主体与生产企业赛事的运营主体的赛事效益转化呈现"哑铃型"的运营特点,商业组织型赛事的运营主体与混合型赛事的运营主体的赛事效益转化呈现"纺锤型"的运营特点;(4)在赛事运营的资源要素配置上,人、管理等资源要素的合理配置是赛事各运营主体较难把握的,政府主导型赛事的运营主体与生产企业型赛事的运营主体较多表现为没有标准,而商业组织型赛事的运营主体与混合性赛事的运营主体相对而言,资源要素配置的标准有一定提高。
the paper uses the knowledge of Economics, Management and Sociology, adopts the methods such as literature data, survey and statistical analysis, based on the differences of the main events operators to divide our national sport events management into four operation models： Government - led, Commercial tissue - type, Production type and mixed type. The results show： （ 1 ） on the category and forms in sport events operation, town government many operates general of sports events, and many adopts organized manner and assisting way, but Commercial tissue - type and Production type many operate individual sports events, and adopt single contractor approach more; （2）On achieveing goals in sports events operation, the main events operators of Government - led consider long-term social benefits of the sport events, and both the current social benefits; the main events operators of Production type consider long - term economic benefits first, and beth the current social benefits. （3） On conversion efficiency of sport events operation, the conversion efficiency in Government - led and Production type show dumbbell - type operating characteristics . and Commercial tissue - type and mixed type show spindle type operating characteristics. （4） On resource allocation in sport events operation, reasonable configuration of human and management resource allocation is hard for the main events operators to grasp, the main events operators in Governmentled and Production type performance at no standard, however, compared to the main events operators of Government - led and Production type, resource allocation standard of the main events operators in Commercial tissue - type and mixed type has certain improve.
