摘要
目的：探讨干扰素γ（ＩＦＮγ）对人胰腺癌细胞ＣＤ４４蛋白表达的影响。方法：使用ＣＤ４４ｓ，ＣＤ４４ｖ９，ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ＣＤ４４ｖ４单抗，采用流式细胞分析和免疫组化方法检测ＩＦＮγ作用于人胰腺癌细胞（ＳＷ１９９０）４８ｈ后，ＣＤ４４蛋白表达的变化。结果：ＩＦＮγ作用４８ｈ后，ＳＷ１９９０细胞实验组ＣＤ４４ｓ，ＣＤ４４ｖ９，ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ＣＤ４４ｖ４的表达均较对照组升高，其中ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ＣＤ４４ｖ４表达增加在统计学上有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of interferon gamma (IFNγ) on expression of cluster of differentiation 44 (CD44) in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells. Methods: After IFNγ acting upon human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cell (SW1990) for 48 h,flowcytometry and immunohistochemical methods were used to study the expression of CD44 with mAbs against CD44s, CD44v 9,CD44v 6 and CD44v 4. Results: After acting of IFNγfor 48 h, the expression of CD44 in SW1990 increased as compared with nonacting cell, especially CD44v 6 and CD44v 4(P<0.05). Conclusion: IFNγ can up regulate the expression of CD44 in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells.
