摘要
郴州市作为湘、粤、赣省际中心城市,政策、区域、交通、资源优势为其承接沿海产业转移提供了良好的契机。产业转移与物流业的发展关联度非常大,物流作为制造业产业链中关键的一环,其发展水平直接影响到郴州是否能成功承接沿海制造业的转移。但目前郴州承接沿海产业转移过程中存在着物流服务能力不强、运作成本较高等问题,因此郴州应通过完善物流发展规划、推动物流业优化升级、加大第三方物流企业发展力度等手段着力发展物流产业,更好地承接沿海产业转移。
As a interprovincially central city among three provinces： Hunan, Guangdong andJiangxi, Chenzhou＇s policies, regional, transportation, resources advantages provide a good opportunity for continuing coastal industrial transfer. There are a very close relationship between industrial transfer and development of logistics, logistics as a key link in the chain of manufacturing industry, development level of which can decide to a great degree whether Chenzhou succeeding in undertak- ing the coastal manufacturing industry or not. But some problems, for example ： weak logistics service capability, high running cost have been existing in process of Chenzhou undertake coastal industrial transfer. Therefore, Chenzhou, should use some means for instance ： improving logistics development planning, promoting the optimization and upgrading of the logistics industry, strengthening third-party logistics business development and so on, to advance the development of the logistics industry and better undertake the coastal industrial transfer.
