摘要
高校辅导员是专职从事大学生思想教育和行为管理工作的执行者。高校在认真贯彻中央16号文件精神的同时,务必将思想政治工作摆在重要位置。新形势下提升高校辅导员思想政治工作水平,切实探索提升辅导员思想政治工作水平的有效途径,已成为新时期高校提高学生工作质量和管理水平的关键。
College counselors are the executive who specialize in political and ideological work,behavior supervise work of college students. We must highlight the political and ideological work while every college is implementing the No. 16 document of center authority.So, how to improve the college counselors＇ political and ideological work and the efficient way of evaluating in the new situation have become the key point of promoting the work and management of students in new era.
