摘要
本文在追溯美国选择性教师培养路径发展过程的基础上,探讨分析了其兴起原因、主要类型引发的争议。同时指出,在克服传统教师培养模式的弊端的同时,选择性教师培养路径也存在着忽视教师培养系统性和专业性的问题。
Based on the retrospection of the historical development of alternative routes of teacher training, this article analyzes the reason of alternative routes of teacher training's rising, the main types and so on, and explores the disputes existing in the alternative routes of teacher training. The article points out the alternative routes of teacher training tend to neglect the systematic and professional teacher training when they overcome some weaknesses of the traditional teacher training model.
