美国普瑞克西斯考试体系对我国教师资格认定的借鉴——基于教育教学能力测试的视角 被引量:11

摘要 教师资格考试制度在我国诞生10年以来,在一定程度上促进了我国教师专业化的发展,但因笔试内容简单、面试主观性强、说课缺乏情境性,使得对教师资格申请人必备教育教学能力测试的信度和效度受到质疑。由是,作为美国教师资格考试广泛运用的普瑞克西斯考试体系(The Praxis Series)值得学习。它具有考试内容丰富、形式多样、标准统一、注重教学实践等特点。这对于改善我国教师资格考试在笔试、面试和说课中存在的缺失,有一定借鉴意义。 It has been nearly 10 years that the teacher qualification system has been put into effect in our country,which has boosted our country teacher professionalization developing.However,there is no high letter and validity in the test of educating & teaching abilities which is used for Applicants of the teacher's qualifications.And in which the main reseans are narrow written examination contents, subjective interviews and unreal teaching situation.Comparatively,the Praxis Series,which are being put into use broadly in the USA,are with the merits such as substantial content,various forms,united standard and attaching importance to practice.These have some referrences to improving our country teacher qualification examination in written examination,the oral quiz and imitating class.
