摘要
目前国内企业在员工绩效考评中普遍存在方法选择问题。应以成本控制、实用性、改进绩效、效度、人事管理决策、支持战略目标等六个标准为依据,挑选在企业中应用较为广泛的几种绩效考评方法作为比较对象。
There is a commen method selection problem exists in the test of our inner enterprise staff s achievement.We should take such six standards as the basis,as cost control,practical usage,improve achievement,effection,personal management decision and support strategy target.Choose some wide usage test methods as the comparative target.
