摘要
六安市两所公立医院自2006年开始改制,组建为六安市立医院,该种医院改制模式在管办分离的实践上有所突破,盘活了当地卫生服务资源,保留了公立医院的功能和职责,提升了医疗技术水平,更好地满足了当地人民群众的卫生服务需求。六安市立医院改制模式对公立医院改制有很强的借鉴意义。
Since the beginning of reforms in 2006, two public hospitals in Lu＇an, set,up the Lu＇an Municipal Hospital. This change achieves a breakthrough in public hospital property system reform, utilizes the resources of local health services, retains the functions and responsibilities of public hospitals, enhances the level of medical technology and meets the local people＇s demand＇for health services. The Lu＇an Municipal Hospital mode in the property rights reform has thrown light on the reform of public hospitals.
