千层金嫩枝扦插繁殖技术 被引量:17

摘要 本研究用L16(45)正交试验方法,研究了基质、穗条长度、植物生长调节剂及其浓度对千层金嫩枝扦插生根率的影响。结果表明,基质和生长调节物质对生根率有极显著的影响,而植物生长调节剂浓度与穗条长度对生根率有显著的影响,4个因素对千层金嫩枝大田扦插生根率影响从大到小分别是基质、生长调节物质、植物生长调节剂浓度和穗条长度。用浓度100mg/L的NAA浸泡9cm插穗2h,在混和基质上扦插,平均生根率可达92%,且生根及新梢抽出时间早,侧根数量多,扦插效果最好。 We completed the study on the influence of four factors, groundmass, plant grow regulators, concentration of plant growth regulator, and length of cutting, on softwood cutting propagation of Melaleuca bracteata by employing L16 (4^5) orthogonal design with four factors and four levels. The result showed that groundmass and plant growregulators have extremely notable effect on rooting rate of the cuttings, meanwhile the concentration of plant growth regulator and length of cuttings have significant effect on rooting rate. The effect of four factors on rooting rate of the cuttings gives the following subsequence: groundmass 〉 plant grow regulators 〉 concentration of plant growth regulator 〉 length of cutting. A high average rooting percentage of 92% and the cuttage effects would be satisfied with short time of rooting and push out new shoots, and greater quantity of lateral root was found in the best combination of treatment, in which the length of cuttings would be 9 cm, cuttings could be soaked in NAA with the concentrations 100 mg/L for 2 hours, and root the cuttings in mixed groundmass. It have provided a scientific basis for establishing and improveing the cuttage propagation technique ofMelaleuca bracteata
