摘要
本文尝试性地构建了吉林省科技政策实施效果评价模型,并针对科技政策实施的3个阶段逐一展开,构建并分析了每个阶段所对应的模型,以期对科技政策更好的制定和实施有所帮助。
This paper built an evaluation model about the implementation of Jilin province Science and Technology Policy,and discussed each of the three stages about the implementation of science and technology policies. To each of the three stages of the implementation, this paper built three models. This kind of study will be help to product and implement the better science and technology policy.
