摘要
针对科技政策实施效果影响因素具有复杂性和随机性且其评价有一定难度这一问题,在分析现有评价方法的基础上,引入价值准则指标,建立了科技政策实施效果评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价方法对某市科技政策实施效果进行了评价.
Because of the complexity and randomness of factors affecting its implementation effect, there is some difficulty in the evaluation of science and technology policy. A more comprehensive evaluation indicator system has been established based on the analysis of the evaluation method. Meanwhile, on the basis of the indicator system, fuzzy model is employed in the evaluation on the implementation of science and technology policy.
