摘要
随着1999年高校开始扩招以来,高校毕业生的就业难问题逐渐凸显,已经成为国家和社会所关注的一个焦点问题。本文从效率工资以及劳动力市场分割理论的角度对就业难的问题进行了分析,认为造成就业难的主要原因是毕业生基于在不同的劳动力市场下的个人效用最大化的比较所决定的选择偏好。
In 1999,the colleges of China started the project of Increasing the Enrollment,as a result the employment of college graduates were more difficult,and becoming a focus of our country and society. In this paper,the author analyzes the difficulties of employment base on the efficiency wage and labor market segmentation theory,and consider that the reasons for the difficulties of employment is the graduates' preferences by comparing the utility maximization of individuals In different labor market.
