摘要
文章提出要充分认识到工程成本管理在指导企业生产,尤其是在市场竞争中取得优胜的重要性;并主要从公路工程项目成本管理的要求、过程及内容等方面进行了研究。
The essay stresses that we should fully recognize the role cost control plays in guiding enterprise operation as well as the importance of cost control to winning in the competitive market. And it mainly deals with the requirement, precess and content of cost control for highway engineering project.
