摘要
针对建筑工程项目成本的要素和特点,阐述了建筑工程项目全面成本管理的概念和内容,并指出了其全面成本控制的方法和措施,进而实现建筑工程项目的全过程和全方位的成本管理,以期获得最大经济效益。
Aiming at architectural engineering project cost elements and characteristics, the general cost management concept and content of architectural engineering project were illustrated, the method and measures of general cost management were pointed out, therefore realized cost management of architectural engineering whole process and all around, so as to obtain maximum economic efficiency.
