摘要
收入分配对企业自主创新具有极其重要的激励功能。企业、政府和社会是收入分配激励的主体,企业家和科技人员则是收入分配激励的最主要客体。薪酬激励、股权激励、项目激励和成果奖励是收入分配激励的主要模式。构建自主创新的收入分配激励机制,必须加强制度环境建设,加快制度的改革和创新。
Income distribution has stimulating functions in enterprise independent innovation.Business,government and society are the incentive parts in income distribution,and entrepreneurs and technical researchers are the major objects of income distribution incentive.Payment incentive,stock ownership incentive plan,research project incentive as well as science and technology achievement award are the main models.To establish income distribution incentive mechanism of independent innovation,we should strengthen system construction and environment the and speed up system reform and system innovation.
