摘要
目的比较心室主动固定电极(螺旋电极)与被动固定电极术后各参数的变化。方法将入选患者按植入电极分为螺旋电极组(n=50)和被动电极组(rt=50),测定两组术中,术后1周,术后1、2、3、6个月在平静状态下起搏阈值、V波电压及阻抗。结果螺旋电极组术后1周起搏阈值和阻抗均较术中下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈005),术后6个月起搏阈值、阻抗变化不明显;被动电极组起搏阈值、阻抗术后1周较术中略有升高,差异无统计学意义(P〉005),术后1周略下降(P〉0.05),术后6个月内保持稳定状态,术后两组间各时间点测定值比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组术中、术后V波电压测定值变化不明显(P〉0.05),各时间点V波电压比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论主动螺旋电极安全,脱位率低,术后起搏参数稳定,可用于长期稳定起搏。
Objective To compare the changes of pacing parameters in patients with ventricular active and passive fixation leads. Methods 100 patients underwent implantation of a pacemaker with a ventricular active(active fixation group, n=50) or passive ( passive fixation group, n=50 ) fixation lead. Pacing parameters were measured during operation and at 1 week, 1, 2, 3 and 6 months after operation. Results Pacing threshold and lead impedance decreased significantly 1 week after operation (P 〈 0.05 } and remained stable to 6 months in active fixation group. The parameters changed slightly in passive fixation group. The measures of each time point were significantly different between two groups. V-wave amplitude was similar and remained unchanged during follow up in both groups. Conclusion Pacing threshold and impedance decrease in active fixation group and V-wave amplitude remains unchanged in both groups after operation. All parameters remain stable during long-term follow-up.
