摘要
随着煤炭市场的变化,锅炉燃用非设计煤种已经越来越普遍,如何做到在不改造燃烧器和锅炉本体条件下保证锅炉燃用烟煤的安全性和经济性是值得研究的课题。文章对具有多功能船形燃烧器和热风送粉系统的300MW机组贫煤锅炉改烧烟煤进行了理论可行性分析和实验室及现场的试验研究,结果表明:仅通过加装冷风旁路管和运行调整,实现了300MW机组贫煤锅炉安全改烧中等挥发分、不易结渣烟煤,运行性能好于原燃用贫煤或混煤,具有投资省、见效快的优点和显著的节能减排效益。
As the coal market changing, it is more and more popular for boiler to burn off-design coal, and how to combust bituminous coal safely and economically in the lean coal-fired boiler of 300 MW unit at the condition of not reconstructing the burning system and boiler body is worthy of study. This paper provides feasibility analysis in theory and test study in laboratory and power station on burning bituminous coal in lean coal-fired boiler of 300 MW unit with multi-function boat type burner and hot air feed pulverized coal system, resulting in a conclusion that only by setting a cold primary air bypass duct and adjusting combustion it is realized to combust bituminous coal of middle percentage volatile and slight coking property safely in the lean coal-fired boiler of 300 MW unit and more effectively than original lean coal or blended coal. The method has advantages of investing money less and yielding benefits quickly, and obvious effects of saving energy and reducing emission.
