摘要
幼儿教师入职适应问题关系到教师自身专业发展的连续性和持久性。由于学前教育活动本身的特殊性,初任幼儿教师相比于中小学教师,所面临的入职适应问题更具独特性。本研究从幼儿教师初入职时的工作性质、岗位起点以及专业关注点等方面入手,对幼儿教师的入职适应问题同中小学教师进行了相应的比较研究,并提出了相关建议与启示。
The adaptation of the beginning kindergarten teachers concerns the continuity and constancy of their professional development. Because of the characteristic of preschool education, the beginning kindergarten teachers always face more special inducing problems compared to the teachers in primary and middle schools. So, the adaptation of the beginning kindergarten teaches and the teachers in primary and middle schools were compared and analyzed in the job content, the starting point of job and the concerns of teachers in this article, and we give some advices to the adaptation of the beginning kindergarten teachers finally.
