摘要
随着腹膜透析技术的提高,尤其是新的连接装置的使用,腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的发生率在过去的20年中已大幅度下降。但腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的发生与人种、气候条件、医疗卫生环境、社会经济条件等因素有关,不同地区腹膜炎发生率差别较大。
