摘要
化学治疗引起的静脉炎因后果严重令护理人员感到棘手。因此,如何采取有效措施,保护静脉,减轻病人痛苦,保证化疗的顺利进行,是化疗过程中的护理重点。近年来,国内外医务人员就此做了大量的研究,现结合国内外相关文献,从预防和治疗角度总结目前国内防治化疗性静脉炎的措施。
Chemotherapy induced phlebitis in patients is formidable for nursing staffs because it can result in severe consequences. Therefore, it is very important for nursing staff how to adopt effective measures to protect vein, to relieve patient＇s pain during chemotherapy and to ensure chemotherapy undergoing successfully. In recent years, medical staffs both in aboard and in China have done a lot of studies on above mentioned problems. This article was summarized some measures to prevent and to treat phlebitis induced by chemotherapy from viewpoint of both prevention and treatmentbased on reviewing of related literatures.
