摘要
高校辅导员与大学生的关系是高校中最亲密的师生关系,思想政治联结、情感联结和利益联结是这一关系的存在形式,同时显性的利益冲突与隐性的意识形态的冲突是另一种存在形式,这一矛盾统一体的呈现带有明显的时代特征。高校辅导员应准确把握这一关系的复杂性,有效调节,妥善处理,构建和谐关系。
The very close relationship between college instructors and their students takes two forms. On the one hand, there is ideological and political connection, emotional connection and benefit connection. On the other hand, there exist conflicts of benefits and ideology. To achieve harmony between them, every instructor should effectively regulate and properly handle the relationship on the basis of a good understanding of its complexity.
