摘要 针对PWM逆变器特定消谐(Selected Harmonic Elimination,简称SHE)技术中开关角求解难度大的问题,利用Matlab中的曲线拟合技术(Curve Fitting Technique,简称CFT)可在线计算开关角。为满足高压大功率应用领域的需要并实现波形的多重移相叠加,主电路采用级联多电平逆变器。研究了单相逆变器开关角初值计算的规律和求解开关角的方法,给出了单相多电平逆变器消谐PWM模型以及求解结果,实现了SHE技术的实时控制。通过Matlab仿真和DSP实验结果,验证了设计的合理性。 Due to the difficulty of calculating switching angle in PWM inverter using selected harmonic elimination (SHE),the values of the angles are achieved by the curve fitting technique (CFT)and programms of Matlab.Cascaded multilevel inverter is adopted in the structure of the main circuit.This design can implement the multiple-phase shifting and meet the needs of using the high voltage and large power equipments.A method for SHE choosing initial values in SHE is presented in a single-phase full-bridge voltage source inverter.The model of the SHEPWM and the results are given,the online real-time control of SHE is realized.The simulation and experimental results verify the rationality of the design.
