摘要
针对基于旋转变压器的永磁同步电动机转子位置检测进行研究。首先对永磁同步电动机矢量控制系统进行了简单分析,然后基于旋转变压器及解码芯片AU6802N1对电机转子位置检测的原理进行阐述,设计了相应的信号调理电路,并对其与TI公司数字信号处理器(DSP)的接口,以及DSP对位置和速度信号处理过程进行了详细分析,最后给出了实测位置相关信号。
The rotor position detecting circuit of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on the resolver is designed. Firstly the vector control strategy of PMSM is explained. Secondly the principle of detecting rotor position of PMSM with the resolver and the decoding chip of AU6802N1 is elaborated, and the corresponding signal conditioning circuit is designed. Later the interface between the rotor position detecting circuit and the DSP of TI Corporation is designed and the process of the rotor position and rotor speed in DSP is analyzed at the same time. Finally the measured signals of the resolver in the experiments are presented show that the system works effectively.
