摘要
阐明了大学生的素质结构,指出了指导学生分析自己的素质结构基础及其与期望结构的差异对于大学生人才培养的必要性。提出了八维素质结构,对基础素质与发展素质及各素质维度的相互关系进行了分析,论述了素质结构差异存在的客观性和差异表征。在分析传统人才培养模式与素质结构差异需求存在的主要矛盾的基础上,提出了重构新建本科院校人才培养模式需要实现的三个根本转变及其重构路径。
This paper reconstructs the model for cultivating talent for newly established institutions. It states the need for understanding students'quality structures and for guiding them to analyze their basis levels and the gap between their basis levels and expected quality structures. This quality structure consists of eight quality dimensions. The connections between basis quality and developing quality on the quality structure are examined, and the factual existence of differences between the students'quality structures and expression of their differences are discussed. After analyzing the main contradictions between traditional model of cultivating talent and the different demand for developing quality structure of the students, this paper proposes three radical changes to be realized in new institutes for rebuilding the model of cultivating talents as well as the way for rebuilding the model.
