摘要
为使摇臂钻床在加工中实现刀具径向切削,满足加工内孔环形槽的工艺要求,开发了两种用于摇臂钻床切削内孔环形槽的特殊装置,并详细描述了装置的运动原理以及各自的加工应用范围和特点。该装置结构简单,制造成本低,经济效益好,操作方便,扩大了摇臂钻床的加工范围,适用于中、小批量生产。
In the process of machining the radial drill is put into use of the tools＇ radial motion cutting and satisfied with the hole＇s annular tank. The paper deals with two ways of the special devices in machining the holes＇ annular tank by using the radial drill, their motive principles and their work range and features. These devices are simply formed, lowly cost, simply operated for high profits, and widely used in operation, especially for the medium and small serial production.
