摘要
为了使通用机床(摇臂钻床、镗床、铣床)实现刀具径向切削,以满足加工内孔槽、孔端面等特殊工艺要求,研发了两种特殊装置。详细阐述了装置的结构原理、特点以及应用范围。尤以该装置结构合理,操作方便的特性,不仅扩大了通用机床的加工范围,满足中、小批量生产的需求,而且还适用于专用机床,满足大量生产的需求,具有良好的实用性与推广性。
In order to satisfy the technology requirements of machining hole face with radial motion by general machine tools(radial drilling machine tool,boring machine tool,milling machine tool),two new special devices were developed.The paper detailed its descriptions of the motion principle,application and feature.The device had a reasonable structure,low cost,simply operation for high profits,especially for the medium-duty and small serial production.Therefore,it was a practicable and promotional device.
