摘要
青藏高原是我国重要的生态屏障,对此高原区域进行生态环境质量评价,是推动自然环境和经济社会协调、可持续发展的重要的基础性工作。在深入研究高原区域生态环境特点的基础上,建立了高原区域生态环境质量评价指标体系,以及基于模糊综合评价法和层次分析法的生态环境质量综合评价模型,并以西藏林芝为例进行了实证分析。应用结果表明,研究建立的高原区域生态环境质量评价指标体系及评价模型均具有良好的可操作性和目标适应性。
Tibetan plateau is highly important ecological barrier in China. Eco-environmentat quality assessment to this special region is propitious and fundamental to balance the relationship between natural environment and economical society and to promote continual development of the society. On the basis of delving into the features of ecological environment in Plateau region, it establishes the target system of eco-environmental quality assessment and comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process. Meanwhile, it engages in empirical analysis taking Nyingtri Prefecture in Tibet for example. Application results indicate that eco-environmental quality assessment and comprehensive evaluation model in Plateau region are operational and target adaptive.
