摘要
以西方法学的基本概念和问题为框架,以西方法律传统为视角,对朝鲜民主主义共和国现行法律的现状做了相应的评述,这不仅能使我们更清晰地认识朝鲜法律现状,而且也能反省自身的法律发展。
The article makes a comment on the laws of the Democratic Peopled Republic of Korea as the structure used the basic concept of western world＇s law ,from the viewpoint of doctrines of it. So we can not only understand the laws of Korea and also can think about our development of law.
