摘要
在零件的校直过程中,应用自动校直机实现检测和校直的自动切换和处理。集大功率的液压机和高自动化的控制机构于一体,这样,既提高了零件加工的生产效率,又保证了产品质量。经校直的零件轴线的直线度一般可达±0.50μm。
Applying automatic straightener to bring about automatic change over and processing of measurement andstraightening in the course of parts straightening is presented. This can make it possible to combine large power hydraulicpress and highly automated control mechanism integrated. Thus, not only production rate of parts processing is raised, butalso quality of product guaranteed. The straightness of part axis line may generally reach to ±0. 50 μm after straightening.
