摘要
针对现有压力矫直行程计算方法所存在的不足,提出了一种更为合理易用的基于矫直过程模型的行程计算方法。在弹塑性力学的理论基础上,假定材料为理想弹塑性应力应变模型,推导建立了轴类零件矫直过程的数学模型,并阐述了其在矫直行程计算上的应用。针对具体实例,进行了有限元分析和实验研究,证实了理论模型的正确性和计算方法的精确性。
Because of shortages in existing methods for calculating straightening stroke, a simple and convenient method based on straightening process model is put forward. Based on the elastic-plastic mechanics theory and ideal elastic-plastic material model assumption, a mathematic model of shaft straightening process is established. The application of the model in straightening stroke calculation is described. Through an example, experiment and finite element analysis were done, and then the validity of the model and the accuracy of the method are verified.
